136 Words Children at Risk from Drug Dealing on Snapchat

The Danish research group Digitalt Ansvar implies that Snapchat keeps children and teenagers on display for drug dealers.
The examination has uncovered a large number of profiles of cocaine, weed, and MDMA on the platform. The foundation created profiles of the 13-year-old and counted a couple hundred drug profiles.
Even after reporting, Snapchat was able to delete only a small number of pics, and the majority remained active. Digitalt Ansvar explains why this is happening, indicating that this is not a technical issue but just a refusal to exert effort.
About 70 suspicious accounts were recommended to the group by the platform’s recommendation system in a couple of hours. The research group said the drug trade is impossible on our platform and noted that they have not equipped with technology and interacted with the relevant authorities.
Nevertheless, Digitalt Ansvar accuses European social network EU of breaking digital service rules.
