New planet ‘Planet Y’!

Scientists believe that a new planet called ‘Planet Y’ may be hiding in the unknown reaches of the solar system. Although it cannot be seen directly, its presence has been indicated by the unusual tilt (inclination) of the orbits of about 50 icy objects in the Kuiper Belt beyond Neptune. According to Princeton University researcher Amir Siraj, an invisible planet smaller than Earth but larger than Mercury could be the cause of this unusual tilt. This ‘Planet Y’ concept is different from the concept of ‘Planet Nine’. Scientists believe that these two planets may exist together in the solar system. Observations have shown that the Earth is also 80 times the distance from the Sun, and its orbital tilt is about 15 degrees, which cannot be explained by conventional theories. Although the statistical certainty of the presence of ‘Planet Y’ is currently 96 to 98 percent, scientists are waiting for observations from the Vera C. Rubin Observatory in Chile for final proof. It is hoped that once this telescope begins observing, a clear understanding of the planet can be obtained.
